Return policy
Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service by email at info@joriko.fr to inform of your intention to return an item.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a returns form to complete.
- Pack the items carefully in their original packaging with the returns form.
- Ship the items to the address provided on the returns form, using a tracking service to ensure safe delivery.
Return fees :
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there was an error on our part in shipping or the item is defective upon receipt.
Refund :
- Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt and verification of returned items.
- The refund will be made according to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or promotional items.
- Personalized or modified items.
- Intimate or hygiene items.
