Return policy

Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service by email at info@joriko.fr to inform of your intention to return an item.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a returns form to complete.
  3. Pack the items carefully in their original packaging with the returns form.
  4. Ship the items to the address provided on the returns form, using a tracking service to ensure safe delivery.

Return fees :

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there was an error on our part in shipping or the item is defective upon receipt.

Refund :

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt and verification of returned items.
  • The refund will be made according to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or promotional items.
  • Personalized or modified items.
  • Intimate or hygiene items.
